Stag's Leap Wine Cellars

From the FAY Outlook & Visitor Center, to the Estate Vineyards, to the underground caves, a visit to Stag's Leap Wine Cellars is a must-see feast for the eyes as well as the palate.

The FAY Outlook & Visitor Center uses plenty of glass to let in natural light and take advantage of the stunning views of the estate vineyards and the Stags Leap Palisades. It allows you to witness the changes the seasons and climate have on our vines in a way that has never been seen before.

Just inside the entrance to our Napa Valley wine caves lies the Great Room, a stunning space that glows with the light of hammered copper sconces and shimmering quartzite floors. In the caves there are over 34,000 square feet of tunnels capable of housing 6,000 barrels. At the center of the cave network is the Round Room, where a Foucault pendulum, one of only about fifty in the world, is suspended from the ceiling and marks the passing of time, and the aging of wine.
