"COVID-19 Safety: Please wear a face mask and use our provided hand sanitizer upon entering the office. We will ask you screening questions related to COVID-19. (There is a QR code on our door for you to scan when you arrive. A member of our staff will come take your temperature shortly after completing our survey.) Our sink is now for handwashing! Please brush your teeth before coming to your appointment. To reduce traffic in our waiting room, most appointments will only require the patient. Parents/guardians will be asked to please wait outside or in the car. Extra time will be taken to disinfect chairs between patients. We will be practicing social distancing! Please reschedule if anyone in your household has been sick."
