D.S. Construction is a Los Angeles based general contracting company for commercial remodel and tenant improvement. The owner, Don Schwartz, has over nineteen years experience in drywall, framing, and metal studs. As a skilled craftsman, Don has contributed to the building of well-known city structures such as Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Westfield’s shopping centers, Warner Brothers Studios, Saks Fifth Avenue, the Cheesecake Factory, and our esteemed University of Southern California. He has also been a part of the construction and refurbishment of many schools throughout the Los Angeles Unified School District. In addition to commercial construction, D.S. Construction also performs residential additions and remodels; we are especially pleased with our kitchen and bath division.
