I drive an Alfa Romeo. I had scheduled online a booking appointment to get an oil change. The booking went through and one week later I get a phone call stating they’re unable to assist me with my type of vehicle. They cannot guarantee their service. I’m impressed they admitted up front and didn’t just waste my time and money. They could have call earlier though.
