Colleen is totally write! Horrible service, & very poor food quality. Cold, cold, cold! I complained & was told to drive the food back in... First of all the last thing I wanted to do tonight was drive back, second i am not saving the food…

This has to be one of the worst Carl's Jr. stores in Riverside. I only go because it is close to the house and I am sometimes desperate. My food is often wrong, cold, or inedible. If you have a choice, don't go!
