Michael's Arts & Crafts is a badly run store by bobby j via Insider Pages on 7/31/2009 Worst customer service ever, the manager actually yelled at an employee, talking to them as if they were an idiot in front of everyone! Dont shop here, go to joanns.

Nice by David L via Insider Pages on 7/13/2005 new store, so it's clean and tidy and the employees seem to be still enthusiastic about their job so they're friendly and willing to help (instead of just pointing and grunting like at other Michaels stores).
