Mr. Crippen and his staff are all so very wonderful and pleasant. My youngest son is always so tentative when we first arrive and happy by the time we leave. Our experience is always a great one with his office.

All the staff are so friendly. They help the children understand what is going on so as to not be scared. Dr. Crippen does a great job talking calmly and is so gentle. My daughter likes to see him.
