Horrible Customer Service by Anna on 11/20/2025 We've been clients of Acquirely for several years, and their software has always been unstable, but after contacting support, generally we could get help.Earlier this year, their lead developer left, and every is now a huge mess and they're trying to get AI to make up for it.They announced a V3 version, that should be more stable than the last, and it was supposed to launch on october 13th. Today is november 20th 2025 and nothing has happened yet. I've just been asked to book again for the last week of november, and I have a strong suspicion that this one will be cancelled again.Of course in the meantime they have completely dropped support for previous versions and abandoned them altogether, so now we just have a platform that doesn't work and no help whatsoever.We have schedules meetings several times with the team where we were supposed to be onboarded onto the new version, but these meetings have been now cancelled 3-4 times, and most of them without an explanation. We have reached out several times to hear what is going on, what the updated timeline is, and we got no response at all. I'm talking about like 6-7 emails directly to the founder of the company and others to the support email.I have never experienced customer service this bad, and we're really close to ditching them completely.So if you're considering getting Acquirely for your GHL, just don't. Find another solution that is more reliable, because here you won't get any help when you need it.
