I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California helping women to overcome and heal from anxiety and past trauma, as well as guiding couples towards healing and repair. The reason I love helping women through therapy, is, well, because I am a woman! I know the struggles of having the role of a student, employee, business owner, mother/stepmother, and wife. In today's world, there is a lot that is asked of us and so many expectations to meet! I understand that no two people have the same experiences and you are unique. I honor and respect that. I believe that women are real life super heroes and use everything I have learned to help women heal and feel empowered.

In addition, I provide couples therapy to help couples with learning where their pain and behaviors come from in order to then engage in healthy relationships. Some of us have never learned to acknowledge and care for our intense emotions, which then can lead to unhealthy behaviors, coping skills and problems in a marriage/relationship.
