If you plan on going to claim jumpers make sure that you are hungry. The portion sizes here are way more than one person can eat. As for the service it can at times be lacking. Some of the employees have been more than a little rude

They make everyone wait at least 20 minutes (company policy) so you will buy drinkgs while you wait even if there are empty tables and idle wait staff. Food is adequate but not outstanding.

I have eaten numerous times at Claim Jumpers and I have yet to be impressed and a couple of the times I have had to contact the manager to get the problem resolved. The prices are high for the type of service you receive
