Budget quality without the budget price. Had another shop redo by feeling scammed on 5/15/2025 ## tl;drBudget quality without the budget price. Took to another shop to fix this repair job.* Scheduling and other project management was unresponsive and hilariously unreliable* For the price, they could’ve painted the new OEM parts in a booth or something instead of putting them on then painting outdoors on the windiest day in months, then sanding and buffing when it was already darkSorry mobile dent repair businesses–I'll never entrust my resources to one again unless it’s for a beater car and a much lower price than what I payed. I also recommend avoiding businesses like this one with a smaller number of reviews, even if mostly positive.## Days prior to repair* Demanded >$1k deposit for parts and materials in advance of repair* Scheduling was a nightmare that had me questioning their ability to read a clock or calendar. Took several strongly worded messages before they started extending me the courtesy of letting me know when they’ll be 1, 2, 3, or even 30 hours late (sadly not joking)* Didn’t arrive on time even once in the three days of work–always late, making excuses* I wanted to cancel many times during the scheduling circus but they’d already taken my deposit and presumably ordered parts and materials* Eventually i was asked to do scheduling and communication directly with their tech while he was driving around working other jobs. Then the tech proceeded to ask me what he was meant to do and how much i was invoiced. (To be clear, i’m not on their payroll.)## Repair Day 1* Tech arrived around sunset for first round of work, despite my objections that it’d soon be too dark to work outside* installed unpainted OEM parts to come back and paint the next day* Flip-flopping on various line items from the estimate being included or costing extra (fender repair; parts they ordered, lost and found again)## Repair Day 2* The second day was unusually windy per forecast, but they dismissed my concerns and went ahead with painting outside in the wind (and once again started late so ran out of daylight)* They demanded I pay the full amount even though they were less than ? finished at this point, I agreed to ½ * Tons of foreign materials blew onto the coat of paint on the bumper, not sure how the tech missed them but i’ve seen a decent paint job before so i felt justified in pointing out numerous obvious defects in the nicest way i could after my preliminary concern about the howling wind was disregarded* Work still not finished by nightfall, had to schedule a third day## Repair Day 3* Went through three rounds of me pointing out numerous foreign materials embedded in the paint and excessive paint accumulation near grooves* Overspray on grille and other places* Plenty of scratches left on the fender after “repair”* Every crack had leftover wax stuck inside, which i was told to clean myself* Orange peel texture everywhere with a few circular scratches from buffing

Great service, quality work and quick turnaround time by David on 1/15/2025 Highly recommend DSS to those looking for mobile collision repair services. Exceptional service and turnaround time! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I compared rates with around 6 other shops and they were the cheapest option with the best reviews. They did not disappoint! Most of the other shops said I would need a new bumper. It was also so convenient that they were mobile. Highly recommend!
