In this ever changing fast pace world, we are constantly bombarded with stress which can often lead to pain or discomfort, stiffness, fatigue and sometimes burnout. We are often left struggling to keep everything together when our body is telling us no. My unique approach helps you to not only deal with those aches, pains, and stiffness through gentle low force adjusting techniques, primarily Activator Methods and Torque Release Technique and other physical modalities, such as electrotherapy, trigger point therapy, cupping therapy, etc; but we also help you identify the root causes of those stressors if that is something you choose address. For those clients wanting to get to the root cause of the problem, we work with you to help you identify any physical, chemical or emotional stressors that maybe contributing to the problem and help you work through removing any stressors in your life.
