Sandra Huizar, RN, MSN, PHN, FNP-C

Sandra Huizar, FNP-C has lived and practiced in the Central Valley, she is enthused to serve a new community. Ms. Huizar joins Stanford after serving migrant farming and underserved communities in the Central Valley. She is passionate about improving access medical care through community outreach, education and research. She is excited to provide culturally compassionate, holistic and quality care to her patients at Stanford. She is a member of American Holistic Nurses Association. Sandra is actively involved in mentoring prospective nurse practitioners as an adjunct faculty for Fresno Pacific University and precepting. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, outdoor activities, and spending time with her loved ones.
