Garlic Chicken Wings by Tina P via Insider Pages on 2/17/2009 This is a small place that has been there for over 25 years. They serve very traditional Chinese food. I always take home an extra order of Garlic Chicken Wings. The food is good and the price is right. The downside, its in San Ysidro.
