Good place for highlights and color by Smokey D via Insider Pages on 10/3/2009

I've been coming here for a few years now. I like it, it's a lil-hole-in-wall. Kathy does a great job on partial highlights and color. Service is quick, definitely not a luxurious experience. However price is right and she gets the job…
