My stylist is Tyler. I liked him right away as he "got" my hair issues by just looking at my hair and making several spot on comments. He is personable and thorough.

Their "seasoned" stylists don't listen to what you want. I've been here 3 times in 6 years. First trip was great and the stylist soon moved to an upscale establishment. Second visit the stylist burnt my hair, cut it all of, made me look…
