It was a great stay! I would come back to all the services that the hotel can offer. The breakfast is the best, the onsen spa is very relaxing, and the antidote bar was full of energy plus the view of city lights. They'll make sure that they will answer all your concerns and provide your needs. The ambiance is very relaxing and sophisticated. I highly recommend staying here!

I booked this hotel and showed up later in the evening and they could only offer a room with one bed! NO ROLL AWAY!! NO COT!! NO PULL OUT COUCH!!! unacceptable! The hotel itsself is drab and old.

This hotel is okay. It is not in the best location and it is difficult to get in and out of the parking lot. It is also close to the freeway so it can be noisy.
