Plemmons Catering specializing in Santa Maria style oak BBQ. We are a full service catering company capable of setting up and breaking down your whole event. We can organize your rental order and decorate with the theme of your choice.

Most importantly we provide delicious Santa Maria Style BBQ. We age our USDA Choice beef and barbecue it over an oak pit fire using our own traditional Plemmons seasonings. In addition to beef entree's we have chicken and fish. We offer a wide variety of appetizers and desserts.

We offer different types of service styles:
Buffet Style, Sit Down or Family Style.
