We draw inspiration from our local farmers, fisherman, wine makers, and brewers. In our kitchen, their work is allowed to speak for itself. These quality ingredients are prepared and cooked perfectly because we respect our partner’s processes and techniques. Our kitchen lets the flavor of these ingredients take over the dish, nothing here is forced because we let the flavors be what they are – natural.
