I come here to take my 4 dogs to get their shots. Honestly the dr. there is SO AMAZING! he is so nice, gentle, and always remembers them when we come! :) \r

hahaahaa. sounds like u got the refund. I buy my mice from Olivia and she is always so happy. They have a cat in the store. not so friendly.

I went in and heard the annoying lady isn't there anymore. They have a brand new owner and they're getting new management. It was relief to know the issue with that lady has been addressed. I will definitely go to Big Al's more often know.
