Waltcraftsman was established in 1990 with our start in the area of custom homes, serving the greater Santa Cruz and Monterey Bay Area. Since then, our work has expanded to custom remodels, insurance work, and smoke, fire, and water damage; with our main focus being custom remodels.

Owner, Walt Sutton, is a native Californian with expert knowledge of California building codes and regulations. He is personally involved in every job and treats every home as if it were his own.
