This is the best yoga studio in the Bay Area! I've been a member since 2011 and I don't regret it. It is clean. The instructors are thoughtful, knowledgeable and provide a lot of direction.

The pre/post natal class was INCREDIBLE! Jeanna really made me feel comfortable and she is so knowledgeable about pregnancy and birth. This was my first time going to a yoga studio and I was completely impressed!

Please add more Power Yoga Classes over the weekend.
Ideally the Saturday 4 pm class can be a Power Yoga Class and also add another class mid afternoon on Sunday say around 1 pm or 2 pm.
