Live Oak Landscape was started in 1978 by John Gilpin and James Clabaugh after graduating from Cal Poly with a B.S. in Horticulture. James is now a registered Landscape Architect handling commercial and custom residential landscapes where as john handles landscape construction.Our office is located in downtown Vacaville at 406 Main St.
