Good but confusing by Deborah K on 3/20/2019

I had ordered something online to pick up in store without having to search for it and wait in line. Once I came in the store there was no real instructions on where to go for online pick up. I waited in two different lines for someone to finally help me. Once that happened, the girl quickly grabbed my order asked for my signature and was out the door. She apologized for the wait but there should be better signs
