I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) providing therapy for adults, male adolescents, and couples.

With over 15 years experience as a psychotherapist and graduate of The Illinois School of Professional Psychology, I am currently a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients with issues including drug/alcohol abuse, depression, anger, stress, anxiety, and relationship issues.

In graduate school, I was trained in CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and currently use a combination of CBT with ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy) which focuses on acceptance of oneself as an individual with both positive and negative characteristics, devising a collaborative plan to work on personal issues seen as problematic and a commitment of action to address the issues.
