Steve is honest, friendly, hard-working, very reasonable price-wise, and accommodating. He and his crew are highly skilled and fast. Steve kept me in the loop throughout the process. He drove me home and picked me back up when my car was ready, which was ahead of schedule. If you're paying out-of-pocket, Steve will work with you. Hope I never need to patronize him again, but it's comforting to know he's there.
