Dr. Devine received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Queens College. She then graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 1975. She completed her residency at the Long Island Jewish-Hillside Medical Center. She has been in practice since 1977 and has been in the current location in Greenwich, CT since 1990.
