The same thing Anna N. experienced happened to me. Heather is really skilled with her acting. The nicest they are with you the most attention you should pay to what you are signing!\r Avoid this store and go somewhere else if you can!

The worst service I've evern received from Sprint was at Hamden location. This store has no customer service skills at all. Their "theam": Sprint has you covered has no meaning for this location. The employees are making a jokes of the…
