Rude and disrespectful. by East. on 6/13/2019 The lady Jennifer who I believe is the owner was rude to me. I went to j cuts for about six years. Before I had the guy cut my hair but he stopped working there so I let Jennifer cut my hair. I finally decided to stop going to her. I always tipped well every time and I treated her with respect. But she always has a bug up her ass and was disrespectful to me and I couldn’t understand why. I assumed maybe she has low self-esteem and the fact that she is overweight which probably made her moody and having a hard time in life so I wouldn’t let it bother me. I would let it fly because sometimes people just have a difficult time and I thought she didn’t mean anything by her behavior. But now I see she is a disrespectful person because that is who she is. I would give her zero stars. I am blown away by her behavior after going to her for 6 yrs and tipping her and being nice. She can go out of business for all I care. She needs to fix her attitude it sucks
