Hillary E. Way

Hillary Way joined Stamford Hospital in September 2021. She began her nursing career in 2008 at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, specializing in critical care. She earned a master’s degree in nursing at the University of Massachusetts Worcester in 2013. She is passionate about ethics in health care including areas of moral distress and unrepresented patients. She enjoys mentoring her colleagues from all disciplines. In her free time, Hillary enjoys running, reading, paddle-boarding, and traveling.
