FREE ESTIMATES
• Drapes and drop cloths to be placed underneath any painting areas.
• Prime all areas needed, fill nail holes, and make sure all areas are sanded, smoothed and free of imperfections.
• Removal of all dirt, mildew, and grime build up.
• Applying caulking to any areas that need to be filled or re- caulked.
