We had our carpet cleaned, and the process was quite interesting! The technician was very professional, but there was a slight misunderstanding regarding the cleaning technique, as my carpet is a bit more delicate. However, they handled it well and double-checked everything. I appreciate the thoroughness, even though the service could’ve been more streamlined.

I’m so glad I found this company! After waiting around for a week for another service to clean my couch, I left a voicemail with this one after hours. They called me back within minutes! The person on the phone was incredibly helpful and got me scheduled for the next day. The technician did a fantastic job - my couch looks and feels so much cleaner. I’m really impressed with their prompt service and quality of work. I’ll be using them again for sure!
