ForrestPerkins, founded in 1998, is an architectural and design firm that specializes in luxury hospitality, multi-residential and senior living properties worldwide. With offices in Dallas, San Francisco and Washington, DC, the firm is currently working on luxury projects in Amman, Jordan and Mecca, Saudi Arabia as well as properties throughout North America. ForrestPerkins has designed projects for St. Regis, Luxury Collection, Fairmont, Hyatt, JW Marriott, The Ritz-Carlton and Four Seasons and done branding for Waldorf Astoria, among others. In 2012, Conde Nast Traveler named The Jefferson Hotel in Washington, DC, where ForrestPerkins was the Architect of Record and the Interior Designer, among its “8 Favorite Hotels of All Time”.
