Absolutely no refunds at all on any Arta services. Arta credit may be offered in rare instances, when deemed appropriate. As always, we thrive on excellence. If you are not 100% satisfied with your service or experience, please let us know at info@artamedicalspa.com.

$50 for less than 24 hour notice to change or cancel. $50 for no shows. Late Policy: Out of respect for our clientele and staff schedules, treatments for clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be honored at the discretion of Arta Medical Spa’s team, and after 15 minutes if the appointment is honored, a $30 late fee will be collected.

Located just 0.3 miles (9 minute walk) from the Foggy Bottom-GWU on the Orange, Blue, and Silver Metro lines.

There is a parking garage located on M street NW between 24th street NW and 25th street NW. Most surrounding street parking is valid for two (2) hours for non-residential parking.

When you arrive at 2440 M Street NW, DC. When you exit the elevator on the 4th floor, make a right, and walk to towards the end of the hall to suite 416 (on the left) to arrive at Arta Medical Spa.
