Mid-Atlantic Services (MAS) was started in 1980 by Michael and Rosemary Everton of Seaford, DE. In the beginning, MAS was limited to cleaning residential homes and restoring tile floors for department stores, convenience stores, and factories. With the pristine quality of work MAS provided, the company started receiving commercial clients. Before they knew it, they were providing services for Du Pont, Con-Agra, and other factories in Sussex County. In 1985, MAS incorporated and became Mid-Atlantic Services, A-Team Corp.

MAS has been serving the needs of the State of Delaware for janitorial services for over 25 years. We have grown with the State as they turned from in-house janitorial cleaning to contractual janitorial cleaning at a majority of the state buildings. At one time, we were cleaning over one and a half million square feet from Wilmington to Roxanna and employed over 150 employees. Our prices are competitive and our quality a step above our competitors. Our goal is to work together with each agency with the buildings to meet their requirements.

Mid-Atlantic Services, A-Team Corp is a women-owned professional janitorial contractor that provides housekeeping and janitorial services for commercial and state buildings, throughout Delaware. Quality is our prime objective. MAS has years of experience with hiring and pre-planning to meet the work force need for each project. We have very little turn over once the crew is set in place. We attribute this to the respect and concern we show our employees. MAS is certified in both carpet and hard floor surface care.
