Home Inspection Report
At Eagle Eye Home Inspections, we will have your report to you within 24-48 hours of the inspection, and normally the results are available by the next day. Our reports provide you with full color photos as well as explanations of possible remedies to areas of concern that include estimates on what these remedies will cost, this will help you determine what your actual costs will be.

What is a 4 Point Inspection?
A four point inspection is an insurance requirement to alleviate concerns that insurance companies have about issuing Homeowner Insurance Policies to older homes (usually 25+ years). The insurance companies assume that newer homes will not have the frequency or magnitude of problems that older homes have, creating concerns about structural elements that could become liabilities.

The four point inspection form is a way for the insurance company to alleviate some of its concerns by having four of the primary structural components of a home inspected. There is no industry standard form for a four point inspection so check with your insurance company to see if they provide their own or are willing to accept a form from the company performing the 4 point inspection.
