I recently hired Oriental Rug Care to clean my rug. My rug was way over due for a cleaning and I knew a carpet cleaner couldn't clean it well enough to make me happy, so I called Oriental because I was referred to it by a neighbor. They picked it up, and returned it to me, in less then a week!!! When the driver rolled it out I was shocked it was really mine! It looks like new, all the spots, wear marks etc were gone! I couldn't believe it, they totally exceeded my expectations. I've become so accustomed to getting poor quality work in south florida, but I am very happy and highly recommend this company!

They came my house clean to my carpets, they were quite gentle & to much professional and deal with an awesome price. i am fully satisfied work with them. Now I am absolute regular customer of them. Definitely great customer service!
