Managing a shopping center has always been a pain for me because all the companies I’ve worked with have never communicated well with me. Either that, or I’m managing far too many tasks that even my assistant and team would start complaining about the tasks they can’t exactly do. Deadlines were often being missed, and it made my business lose a lot of money. When I hired this service, however, everything started coming together like a breeze. The flow of management was just impressive, and I actually received timely payments from all of my tenants.

And speaking of tenants, the tenants they screen are actually very communicative, too. I’m so glad I got to work with great tenants for my stores. I can’t believe I never got to try their service sooner. Luxury Property Care is now my go-to when I need emergency help in handling my property now. Would recommend this service!

Trustworthy property managers are hard to come by, but fortunately, I found them through Luxury Property Care. I've had trust issues with property managers in the past, but I haven’t had one unpleasant dealing with this company.

From the start, they’ve demonstrated a deep understanding of what their clients want. They were able to explain their service and give examples of each. They were also able to share how they would address my property’s “pain points”. At that time, I was having a hard time advertising my rental property.

From there, they were able to create a tailored property management plan that met my property’s needs to a T. More importantly, they never kept me in the dark. I was involved throughout the entire process. It helped that they had a property management app where I could review their activities. Being able to oversee everything gave me peace of mind. That was something I didn’t find in other property management firms.

I’m a commercial real estate owner who owns an urban office building. I’ve owned this building for six years, and it can be one of the most tiring investments you can have. Sure, it’s good money. But having to keep up with your management plan can get bothersome after a while. I’m only glad I was able to hire Luxury Property Care four years ago. When I hired them, I realized how bad my management plan was. It was embarrassing. And just like that, my assets became moneymakers. Speaking of money, their financial services? They’re very committed to giving me visibility of all activities all the time. It’s impressive, really!

Of course, this was something that they kept up for four years, and their service is very consistent and it’s like it just keeps improving over time. I have no regrets here, just more money, and time for myself.

We hired Luxury Property Care almost a year ago because of our auditing problems for our apartment. The pandemic made so many things harder for us to manage our finances, especially when our accountant left. We were left to our own devices, but it often added more problems to our current predicament. Our last resort was to hire Luxury Property Care. And I have to admit, that was the best decision we ever made.

We contacted them after checking their website out, and in just a few minutes they had already replied and reassured us that our concerns were to be solved.

I can remember, about 2 days after, the team that dealt with our problems were highly efficient and accommodating. Our finances were dealt with accordingly and organized so well, they even helped us out in handling them, too.

I can’t say that I don’t know anything about real estate since I am in insurance. What I don’t have is experience in running a rental business.

They’ve been supportive since the start and have been very patient with every problem that I had. They also use an app to manage our communications, which I found convenient since I’m always traveling and we had to deal with time zone differences. I had some trouble using it at first but they were kind enough to walk me through it.

Their staff is amazing. They made me feel like someone’s always around to answer my questions no matter how stupid they might sound. I have to give a special shoutout to Chen who was the property manager assigned to me. She sat me down and gave me the 101 on being a landlord. That was something I needed.
