About this business

I thought I was intolerant to gluten but in fact it was the chemicals that were hurting me. I started making my own pasta with non-gmo unbleached flour, cage free eggs, alkaline water & extra-virgin olive oil. I can enjoy my pasta once again! I share my happiness locally at farmers markets, local stores & online. I also started Pasta Making Classes...the old fashion way, with NO machines!
