Sands White & Sands, P.A. is a litigation firm with a long history in the Daytona Beach area. Larry Sands, the founder of the firm, opened a law office at the firm’s present Daytona Beach headquarters in 1976. The firm has been a fixture in the Daytona Beach areas ever since, with attorneys over the years serving as Presidents of both the Volusia County Bar Association and the Volusia Trial Lawyer’s Association.


Sands White & Sands’ two currently active partners are Steve Sands and Kenton Sands, both of whom have over 20 years of legal experience and are rated “AV”, the highest rating available, by the Martindale Hubbell Law Directory. The firm's attorneys are licensed to practice law in all of the state courts of Florida and before the federal district court of the Middle District of Florida and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
