More than 33 years ago while in high school in Maryland,Tom Sinor started painting aluminum awnings. Within two years of graduating, he obtained his Home Improvement license and grew the company to a summer work force of over 20 painters.

The company expanded its service throughout the Baltimore metropolitan area, focusing on high-end residential painting. Honing the craft of custom painting in Ruxton, Towson, Lutherville, Pikesville and the surrounding areas, we always put quality first. By working with some of the area's best contractors, designers and architects, we learned the value of teamwork and providing excellent customer service.

Upon moving to Florida in 2014, Tom launched Lofton Creek Painting. The different colors and styles favored in the Fernandina Beach area provided new creative challenges. And working in the communities of Oyster Bay, Amelia Island, North Hampton and Avondale has been a pleasure.

Our focus is to offer the quality workmanship and premium service to the northern Florida area that we provided to our clients in Maryland for more than 30 years. ?
