Best Jamaican meat patties by Carley F via Insider Pages on 8/27/2008 Caribbean Spice is a tiny hole in the wall place with no menu, you have to know what you want. The food is really cheap and really good. The Jamaican meat patties are awesome as well as the cocoa bread and the carrot bread.
