Los Pollos Inc. began in late 2018 as a new restaurant in Gainesville, Florida. We cook Tex-Mex, rotisserie chickens, and Peruvian food. We offer dine-in, takeout, and catering services. Our head chefs are highly trained and experienced. People from all over Florida flock to our spot to enjoy our incredible food.

Catering is another big part of what we do. You can use us for parties, corporate events, weddings, and more! All our menu items are available for catering!
