Shady AF by cidkid101 on 10/6/2021 Shady AF. Get there at just after 12PM. Find a bike I want to buy and go through all the back and forth about payment and down payment. Get the okay that I'm going to get the bike and start providing all the info they need to start the process. They ask for 2 months of bank records, which at this point I ask if this is a deal or not, because it takes me a little time to get bank statements to them. At this point, which is 4PM by now, an older woman comes in that is interested in the same bike. The salesman starts doing paper work for her on the same bike. I remind him, since he wasn't my salesman, that I was buying the bike. He gives my a hesitant response that he has to "go through the emotions" on the bike. It seems strange but I soon find out why. I had talked them into a 1500 deposit instead of the 3500 they wanted, because they keep the deposit for the dealership. They knew the other woman would put more down and they would get a bigger payday. This is a shady dealership. They gave me the excuse that my last paystubs where less then my gross income on my application, which I explained would be low because I was off work for a few weeks taking care of a sick person. If you value honest people, go somewhere else. I will never go back to a RideNow again and I would have been a customer for life if not treated like this.
