When you have water standing in your house, it’s imperative to dry it quickly to limit damage. We use special equipment to dry flooring, carpets, wood and furniture. Just because you can’t see it doesn’t mean it’s not there. Our moisture meters and trained technicians will find hidden moisture in hard to spot spaces and cavities in your home or office. We look for water hiding in walls, baseboards, carpet pads and under heavy furniture, fish tanks, complex cabinetry and other areas. Hidden water areas can cause mold damage, uneven wood flooring, warped cabinetry and all types of other problems.

Even in Florida, water damage isn't usually caused by floods or rain
Most residential and commercial water damage is caused by internal issues, not Mother Nature, even in Florida. Of course Tampa Bay area residents will see some water damage due to natural causes, but most home and business owners will experience these issues:

• Structural – slab flooding, roof damage, slab leaks, leaky windows
• Plumbing – dishwashers, water heaters, toilets, shut-off valves, sprinkler systems
• Excessive humidity from drain line or frozen A/C
• Hot tubs, pools, waterbeds, vandalism

He holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Golden Gate University. Matt is a serious model train enthusiast and amateur videographer.
