Nicholas Kondo, MD

Dr. Nicholas Kondo is an experienced cardiologist whose career has spanned three decades, Dr. Kondo previously served as a physician at Saratoga Cardiology and Saratoga Clinical Research, and then Capital Cardiology in Albany, NY. He earned his medical degree from the New York University School of Medicine. Dr. Kondo’s postgraduate training was at Harvard affiliates Brigham and Women's Hospital for internal medicine and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center for cardiology fellowship.

Dr. Kondo specializes in a wide range of cardiac services, including Cardiac PET, nuclear cardiology, and echocardiography. His clinical expertise extends to the management of coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure, arrhythmias, valve disease, and lipid disorders. In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Kondo has been active as a clinical researcher, having served as sub-Investigator on numerous clinical trials focused on cardiovascular outcomes, heart failure, lipid therapies, and cardiometabolic weight loss medications.

Dr. Kondo is an avid sports fan along with his children, and enjoys exercise, cooking/dining, and travel experiences.
