Raj Prabhakar, DPM

Dr. Raj Prabhakar, a South Florida native and skilled foot and ankle surgeon, specializes in sports medicine, minimally invasive procedures, and trauma care. After earning his DPM from Barry University and completing his residency at Mercy Hospital as Chief Resident, he completed a fellowship with the Miami HEAT and Inter Miami CF, mastering advanced techniques like bunion corrections, Achilles repairs, and regenerative medicine. A former collegiate basketball player, Dr. Prabhakar understands athletes' needs and delivers personalized care. At Evolve Health's Jupiter office, he helps patients regain mobility and return to an active lifestyle.
