Ropa Vieja by H. R via Insider Pages on 12/22/2007 Oasis Cuban Cafe has the best Ropa Vieja. ( Shredded beef cooked in a light tomato sauce with olives, green peppers & onions) We all ordered different things to try, all of it was wonderful.
