About this business

Our family created Snowbird Services in 2000 after moving to Naples from London, England. We set out to create a new type of Home Watch and cleaning company that would make our clients feel at ease knowing that their property was in good hands while they were gone.

As proprietors of a family-owned business, we have worked hard to maintain a personal service and enjoy close relationships with many of our customers. After serving the local area for more than twenty years we have built a solid reputation for fantastic service and even better results. Our general cleans offer a great way to spruce up your home or prepare for a new Airbnb guest. We will clean all accessible areas of the home agreed upon during our initial meeting. Kitchen and dining areas are cleaned including the inside of your fridge. Bathrooms and shower areas are also included. If you require a more in-depth clean you may need to request a Deep Clean. This would include things like Sofas moved, drawers emptied, large rugs removed. The Deep Cleaning Service does have an added cost. Additional extras are available upon request. These include services like Laundry, Furniture, and Window Cleaning.

Yes. We have a 24-hour response line for all current Home Watch customers. We will visit your property at any time should an emergency arise.

When you sign up for our professional Home Watch Service you will be able to select from weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visits. Home Watch starts at $30 per visit.

Residential house and condo cleaning starts at $0.11 per sq. ft. We also offer commercial and construction cleaning.
