My name is Mbali Schmidt. I am the Goal Director and Accountability Partner. I know without a doubt that if I help you achieve your goals, I will be achieving mine too. I specialize passionately in accountability, focused action, and goal achievement. I help my clients live a self-fulfilled life by enabling them to fill the gap between where they are now, and where they want to be. By identifying where growth is desired, setting goals and objectives, and holding accountability, my clients will reach their highest dreams and achieve their ultimate goals.

With me as your Goal Director and Accountability Partner:
You will discover answers, find solutions, and create possibilities to move forward in the area you want coaching.

You know what you want, how you want to achieve it, you're capable and certainly resourceful. I coach you very much aware of that! I’ll work one-on-one with you to take action in your relationships, personal life, business, and health to create the life you want to be living.

My mission is to help you reach each milestone, one at a time. With an ultimate end goal of satisfaction and success. Together we plan on how it will be achieved and when it will be achieved (give it an "accomplished" date). Once that is in place, I take over as the Goal Director, weekly directing it and overseeing accountability as the Accountability Partner. I will help you establish a timeline, not a deadline.

I make sure that as my client, you are not alone during the journey of achieving your goal(s). I am with you every week.
